  • Yes! The soft silicone nubs are designed to be comfortable for both a dog's thick coat and a cat's sensitive skin. Especially cats, who often dislike baths, find the subtle mist a pleasant way to still get a deep clean.

  • For optimal diffuser lifespan, we recommend distilled or filtered water (to prevent limescale). However, you can also use regular tap water, as long as you rinse the reservoir occasionally. For best results, add 2-3 drops of our SteamBoost Essence.

  • Yes, the SteamBrush is suitable for both short and long coats. It helps detangle, clean, and groom any type of coat.

  • The silicone brush head is easy to clean. You can 'peel off' collected hairs in one go. You can clean the nubs with a damp cloth. Note: do not fully immerse the brush itself in water due to the electronic components in the handle.
